My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the workmanship, general contractor coordination and cleanliness of their work. Over the years, I have used the services of Bay View Builders to complete many projects at my home. These include siding, roofing, new exterior windows and doors, new porches, and a new deck and pergola.

In addition to exterior work, Bay View has enclosed a porch making it a family room adjacent to my kitchen. To complete the transition, they carried the features of the new room into the kitchen by installing new wood floors, wainscoting, decorative molding, and French doors all based on pictures that I had of an early colonial room.

In the summer of 2008, my wife and I decided that we needed to put an addition on our house. Our family was growing and we needed the extra space. However, we were concerned with the costs and the stress it would put on our home life, as we had never done anything like this before.

His plan that he brought back to us was more detailed and precise than those of any of the other contracters. When we were done meeting with him, we were much more comfortable and confident.

The best part of the whole experience was that everything went according to plan. The job was done in the amount of the time and for the amount of money laid out to us in the beginning (this is a bit of a rarity in the construction business from what I understand). The quality of work was excellent, and Tim's crew was professional, courteous, and reliable. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day.

Tim Hickey is a talented craftsman. Last summer, he completed an extensive renovation project at our home. Tims assistance planning our renovation was invaluable.
